Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s)
When will I receive my eSIM?
An eSIM QR code is sent to you the moment you buy it. If you don’t see the email in your inbox within the first few minutes you should check your spam folder. If it has been more than 10 minutes, ask for help by emailing us and we will help you.
What smartphones have eSIM support?
eSIM technology is quite new and not all devices are compatible.
You should check that your phone is unlocked.
We suggest you ask your operator if there are any eSIM restrictions on your phone.
When does the countdown for my data plan begin?
your eSIM data plan begins the moment you activate it on your phone.
You must scan a QR code to install your eSIM, however this does not start your data plan going.
After scanning the code, your eSIM will be downloaded and you will have the option to activate it, enabling data roaming. The number of days in your plan will start counting down when you do this.
If you leave your eSIM deactivated, your plan will not start and you will not lose any days from the length of your plan.
You can then activate it later when you arrive at your destination.
In short, the number of days in the plan will start counting down when you activate your eSIM, not when you install it.

How do you delete an eSIM from an iPhone?
Once you have used an eSIM and the data plan has ended, it's time to delete it from your phone.
When doing so, remember to consider the following:
Deleting the eSIM from your iPhone doesn't end the contract or plan you are on. By deleting it, all you are doing is removing the profile that you installed onto your phone.
If you wish to completely end your plan or subscription you need to contact your eSIM provider.
Be sure that you really do need to delete the eSIM profile from your iPhone. For security reasons, the majority of eSIM providers will only let you use their installation media once.
If you are sure you want to delete your eSIM, follow these steps:
· Go to Settings > Mobile Data
· Select the data plan to be deleted
·Delete it by pressing the option "Delete Mobile Plan"
